This morning I filled my bowl with 1 cup of oatmeal. My typical amount. Turns out I only needed 1/2 cup to feel satisfied.
Last night I thought my dinner plate looked light and to my surprise it filled me up.
Those 2 instances reminded that since starting the cleanse & restore program I haven’t had any emotional hunger. I consider that a WIN for me.
Can you differentiate between physical hunger & emotional hunger?
